- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. cooking oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 (No. 2) can whole grain corn, drained
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 oz. cream cheese
Directions

1Mix corn meal, sugar, baking powder, salt, buttermilk, eggs and peppers.

2Add cream cheese and press into mix.

3Bake in iron skillet at 350°.
