  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 1/4 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 green hot peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 can (regular size) cream-style corn or 1 small can
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1/4. c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 c. cooking oil
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Mix ingredients together and bake in 475° oven until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
