Mexican Corn Casserole

  • 1 stick butter (can use lite)
  • 1 c. sour cream (can use no fat)
  • 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can cream-style corn

Directions

    Heat oven to 375°.

    Use approximately 8 x 11-inch pan.

    Spray with nonstick spray.

    Let butter melt in oven.

    Mix all ingredients in bowl, then pour over butter, but do not stir in butter.

    Cook at 375° for about 40 minutes.
