- 1 stick butter (can use lite)
- 1 c. sour cream (can use no fat)
- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can cream-style corn
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Use approximately 8 x 11-inch pan.

3Spray with nonstick spray.

4Let butter melt in oven.

5Mix all ingredients in bowl, then pour over butter, but do not stir in butter.

6Cook at 375° for about 40 minutes.
