  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2/3 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can cream style corn
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • hot pepper to taste

Directions

    Mix ingredients together and pour into an iron skillet or long cake pan.
