- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 small jar jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. cheese
- 2/3 c. oil
Directions

1Mix well all ingredients, except cheese.

2Pour half of batter in a hot skillet.

3Sprinkle half of cheese over batter.

4Pour in the rest of the batter and top with cheese.

5Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes.
