  • 3/4 c. Wesson oil
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 (No. 2) can cream-style corn
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 oz. jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
