- 1 c. self-rising meal
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 16 oz. can cream-style corn
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 to 3 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 chopped onion
Directions

1Brown beef.

2Let drain.

3Grease skillet. Sprinkle bottom with meal and brown in oven.

4Mix egg, milk, meal, corn, red pepper and oil together.

5Pour half the batter in skillet. Spread meat, onion and cheese over batter.

6Then pour other half of batter over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until brown on top.
