  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 c. butter milk
  • 1 c. cream style corn
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 jalapeno peppers chopped fine
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt or to taste
