  • 2 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 to 3 green peppers (to taste)
