- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 c. corn meal
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped jalapeno peppers
Directions

1Mix corn, corn meal, milk, oil, soda and salt.

2Spread half of mixture into greased 8 x 10-inch baking pan.

3Add layer of cheese and layer of peppers.

4Spread with half of mixture.

5Sprinkle with remaining cheese 5 minutes before done.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Yields 10 servings.
