  • 2 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese
  • 1/4 c. bell peppers
  • 3 mild chili peppers
  • 3 tsp. sugar

Directions
