- 3 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. self-rising corn meal
Directions

1Mix all ingredients; reserve half of the cheese to sprinkle on top.
