  • 1 pkg. Mrs. White's yellow cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. corn oil
  • 1 small can creamed corn
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 hot peppers, chopped (add to your taste)
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated American cheese
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3/4 lb. hamburger, browned and drained

Directions

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly in large mixing bowl. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 8 x 8 pan. Bake at between 350° to 375° for approximately 30 to 45 minutes or until brown. When doubling the receipt, cooking time will be 1 hour.
