  • 1 Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1/2 to 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 small chopped jalapeno pepper
