  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3 c. self-rising meal
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
