  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 small can Niblets corn, drained (optional)
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar
  • 1 small green pepper, diced
  • 1 small hot pepper, diced
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 small jar pimento, diced
  • 3 well beaten eggs
