- 1/2 c. flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 can chopped green chilies
Directions

1Combine dry ingredients; add milk, egg and oil.

2Mix just until dry ingredients are moist.

3Stir in cheese, chilies and corn.

4Pour into a greased 8 or 9-inch pan and bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
