  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese of your choice
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 jar chopped pimento
