- 1 can chilies, chopped
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1In a mixing bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, oil, corn, chilies, cheese and onion; blend well. Add dry ingredients, stirring only until moist. Bake in a 10-inch skillet at 350° for 35 minutes.
