- 1 lb. hamburg, fried and drained
- 1 can stewed tomatoes (2 c.) with green peppers in one
- 1 pkg. Chili-O mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 large bag taco cheese
- 1 green pepper, chopped
Directions

1To drained hamburg, add tomatoes, Chili-O mix and water; simmer for 15 minutes.

2In a 9 x 9-inch pan, put 1/2 of the hamburg mixture, then 1/2 of the onion, 1/2 of the green pepper and 1/2 bag of cheese.

3Make another layer, starting with the hamburg and ending with the cheese on the top.

4Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes.

5Serve with white tortilla chips, crackers, taco chips, etc.

6Serve right from the oven.
