- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Directions

1Brown ground beef; drain and then rinse

2in hot water.

3In medium saucepan, melt cheese over very low heat.

4Add ground beef, taco seasoning mix and Ro-Tel tomatoes.

5To keep warm, pour dip into small crock-pot.

6Serve with tortilla chips.
