  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack or Colby cheese
  • 1 medium or hot jar of salsa
  • 1 can black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

Directions

    Brown hamburger, drain grease.

    Cook hamburger with the taco seasoning mix according to package directions.

    Line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with the refried beans.

    Layer the hamburger, onion, salsa and cheese over the refried beans.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

    Mix olives and sour cream and top the baked mixture. Serve with nachos.
