- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded Monterey Jack or Colby cheese
- 1 medium or hot jar of salsa
- 1 can black olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1 can refried beans
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Directions

1Brown hamburger, drain grease.

2Cook hamburger with the taco seasoning mix according to package directions.

3Line a 13 x 9-inch baking pan with the refried beans.

4Layer the hamburger, onion, salsa and cheese over the refried beans.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

6Mix olives and sour cream and top the baked mixture. Serve with nachos.
