  • 1 (8 oz.) large cream cheese
  • 1 lb. lean hamburg
  • 1 (12 oz.) salsa (regular, not thick)
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Directions

    Spread softened cream cheese (microwave 30 to 40 seconds) on bottom of 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.

    Scramble cook hamburg in frypan; drain fat.

    Add salsa to hamburg and mix.

    Spread mixture on cream cheese.

    Spread Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack on top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
