  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 can Frito-Lay bean dip (can substitute refried beans)
  • 1 small can El Paso chili peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced

    Use a pie dish.

    Spread the bean dip on the bottom.

    Beat the cream cheese and then spread onto bean dip.

    Spread chopped chili peppers over cream cheese.

    Dice the onion and pepper on top according to your taste.

    Shred cheese and distribute evenly. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
