- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 can Frito-Lay bean dip (can substitute refried beans)
- 1 small can El Paso chili peppers, chopped
- 1/2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
Directions

1Use a pie dish.

2Spread the bean dip on the bottom.

3Beat the cream cheese and then spread onto bean dip.

4Spread chopped chili peppers over cream cheese.

5Dice the onion and pepper on top according to your taste.

6Shred cheese and distribute evenly. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
