  • 2 cans jalapeno bean dip
  • 2 avocados, mashed with 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 4 oz. ripe olives, chopped

    Layer the following:

    Layer the avocados for second layer.

    Blend the sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix for the third layer.
