  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. tortilla chips
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown hamburger, onion, green pepper, garlic powder and chili powder.

    Mix and heat both soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes.

    Combine with meat mixture.

    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with tortilla chips. Pour mixture over chips and top with 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.

    Bake at 350° until cheese melts.
