- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 large can crushed pineapple with juice (the only liquid)
Directions

1Sift together the flour, sugar and baking soda.

2Combine all ingredients.

3Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch glass pan or your choice (Bundt pan or spring-form pan can be used).

4(I sometimes use Pam to spray cooking pan before flouring.)

5Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
