- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 medium can crushed pineapple (undrained)
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Combine flour, sugar, eggs, pineapple and nuts together.

2Mix well.

3Pour in a 9 x 12-inch cake pan.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 40 to 45 minutes.

5In a bowl, combine cheese, butter, vanilla and sugar.

6Blend until smooth.

7Pour on top of cake while it is still hot.
