- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 2 Pablano peppers
- 1 can green chili peppers
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Saute all vegetables in butter.

2Place in blender and mush. Add sour cream.

3Layer rice mush and cheese.

4Repeat layers, ending with cheese.

5Bake, uncovered, at 350° until cheese melts and is hot through.
