  • 3 (10 ounce) cans Rotel Tomatoes
  • 2 (8 3/4 ounce) cans corn
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 (16 ounce) package corn tortillas
  • 1 (16 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
