- 2 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1 extra large onion
- 1 medium size can chili and beans
- 1 medium brick chili
- 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 large can corn
- 1 medium can garbanzo beans
- 1 medium can Las Palmas sauce
- 1 can whole pitted black olives
- 2 large XLNT tamales
- 1 small bag Fritos
Directions

1Brown beef and onion until done.

2Remove from heat and cut up tamales and add to browned beef and onion.

3Mix rest of ingredients holding out 1/4 of the cheese.

4Place into a 9 x 13-inch tall sided baking dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.

5Place into a preheated 350° oven and bake for 40 minutes.

6Serves 10 to 12 people.
