Ingredients

  • 2 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • 1 extra large onion
  • 1 medium size can chili and beans
  • 1 medium brick chili
  • 1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large can corn
  • 1 medium can garbanzo beans
  • 1 medium can Las Palmas sauce
  • 1 can whole pitted black olives
  • 2 large XLNT tamales
  • 1 small bag Fritos

Directions

    Brown beef and onion until done.

    Remove from heat and cut up tamales and add to browned beef and onion.

    Mix rest of ingredients holding out 1/4 of the cheese.

    Place into a 9 x 13-inch tall sided baking dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.

    Place into a preheated 350° oven and bake for 40 minutes.

    Serves 10 to 12 people.
