- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can fat-free refried beans
- 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 jar salsa (16 oz.)
- 2 c. water
- 2 c. reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 can sliced ripe olives; drained
- 1 c. shredded mexican blend cheese
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
Directions

1In a nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.

2Add the refried beans, oregano, cumin and garlic powder; heat through.

3Place three noodles in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray; cover with half of the meat mixture.

4Repeat layers.

5Top with remaining noodles. combine salsa and water.

6Pour over noodles.

7Cover and bake at 350° for 60-70 minutes or until noodles are tender.

8Spread with sour cream and top with olives, cheese, and onions.
