- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. ground red chilies
- 1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 (24 oz.) jar salsa
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 can sliced black olives
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Cook noodles as directed and drain. Brown beef, onion, cilantro, green pepper and red chilies.

3Drain well.

4Mix raw egg in Ricotta cheese.

5(Will keep cheese from becoming runny.)

6Layer all ingredients with the topping being the Monterey Jack and black olives.

7Bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
