  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom
  • 12 small corn tortillas
  • 1 c. grated cheese (mild Cheddar)
