  • 1 small container of sour cream
  • 1 can of black beans rinsed
  • 1 can of kernel corn
  • 1 bag of Mexican shredded cheese
  • 2 frozen pie crust

    Put a layer of shredded cheese at the bottom of pie crust and add ingredients

    Let bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust has brown cheese has melted
