- 1/2 chopped sweet onion
- 2 chopped bell peppers
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1 (No. 3) can tomato paste
- 1 (No. 3) can salsa
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. grated Monterey Jack
Directions

1Let meat soak overnight in fajita spices in a covered dish in refrigerator.

2Brown the onion and peppers in a large skillet. Then brown meat after adding Accent.

3Add the tomato paste and salsa.

4Let simmer for several hours (to get tomato paste flavor cooked out); stir occasionally.

5Place dough on greased pan and ladle on sauce.

6Then add cheese toppings.

7Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 425°.
