- 2 lb pork steaks
- 2 large cans whole tomatoes
- 6 clove garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 12 each Japanese red peppers

1Gather all ingredients.

2Cut pork steak into 1 inch pieces.

3Trimming most of the fat off.

4Put red Japanese peppers into skillet with tsp.

8Cook on medium heat until peppers are brown to black.

9Then add peppers, whole tomatoes, garlic and salt and pepper to blender.

11Cook pork pieces on medium heat until crispy on the outside.

12About twenty minutes.

13Once pork is crispy add sauce from blender enough to cover pork.

14Simmer about 15 minutes.

15You're done serve with warm tortillas and rice.
