- 4 pork blade steaks (1/2-inch thick)
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. chunky salsa
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- salt to taste
Directions

1Heat oil in nonstick skillet; brown pork steaks on both sides. Combine salsa, water, lemon juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops.
