- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can Hunt's tomatoes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 to 3 c. water
Directions

1Fry rice in oil and brown.

2Add garlic, onion, bell pepper and tomatoes. Simmer over low heat. Add salt and pepper.

3Add water. Let it boil for about 25 minutes with the lid on over low heat.
