- 1 medium onion, sauteed (1/2 c.), chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 medium-size tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can condensed beef bouillon
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil until transparent. Add uncooked rice.

2Brown rice slightly, stirring constantly.

3Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt, bouillon and water.

4Cook until rice is done.
