  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 small can sliced or chopped ripe olives
  • 1 small jar pimientos (optional)
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
  • garlic powder, pepper, lemon juice to taste
  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas

Directions

    Cream the cream cheese in medium size bowl.

    Drain olives, pimiento and chilies.

    Add to cream cheese.

    Add seasonings and lemon juice.

    If too thick, add a little milk.

    Spread the mix on the tortillas and roll up like a jelly roll.

    Chill well. Then slice in 1/2-inch slices.

    These freeze well.
