  • 1 head Lettuce Chopped
  • 1 whole Avocado, Peeled And Diced
  • 2 whole Medium Tomatoes, Diced
  • 8 ounces, weight Colby-Jack Cheese, Shredded
  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 whole Medium Onion, Diced
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1 can (15 Oz. Can) Black Beans, Drained And Warmed Up
  • 1 package (3.5 Oz. Size) Tri Color Tortilla Strips
  • 1/2 cups Thousand Island Dressing

Directions

    In large bowl combine lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, and cheese and mix it up.

    In a medium size skillet add beef, onions, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Saute for about 10 minutes and then stir in garlic.

    Combine the meat, black beans, tortilla strips, thousand island dressing and fold into the large bowl.
