  • 5 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Medium White Onion
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 5-6 Jalapeno or Serrano Peppers
  • 2 Tablespoons of Consome* Tomatoe
  • 6 cups water

Directions

    Boil all ingredients for 30 to 45 minutes. Let stand until cool. Transfer tomatoes, onions, garlic and a couple of chiles to blender add salt to taste. Saved water and additional peppers can be added for desired consistency or if salsa is not hot enough.
