- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 2 ribs celery, chopped
- 2 (16 oz.) cans chicken broth
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 large potatoes, diced
- 2 to 3 cans water
- 1/2 lb. Mexican mild Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 lb. plain Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Pour broth and water together in 3-quart pan.

2Add potatoes, onion, celery and tomatoes.

3While this is cooking, cook ground beef and drain.

4When all is tender, add Velveeta cheese and stir until melted.

5Do not boil after adding cheese.

6Do not add any salt or pepper as cheese has enough.
