- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. minced garlic or 2 or 3 cloves
- 8 oz. spaghetti, broken in pieces
- 24 oz. can tomatoes with juice
- 14 oz. can chicken broth or make your own
- 2 or 3 c. chopped chicken or turkey
- 1 1/2 c. picante sauce
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 c. or 8 oz. grated fat-free cheese
- 1/4 c. liquid Butter Buds
Directions

1In large skillet over medium heat saute onion and garlic in the Butter buds.

2Add chicken broth and tomatoes.

3Add spaghetti, break up tomatoes if they are whole.

4Add picante sauce and cumin, cover and simmer until spaghetti is cooked.

5Add chicken.

6Put in sprayed (no fat) casserole dish.

7Sprinkle cheese on top.

8Bake at 350° until cheese is melted.
