  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 whole Onion, Chopped
  • 16 ounces, fluid Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cans 16 Ounces Cans, Chili Beans In Sauce
  • 20 ounces, fluid Enchilada Sauce, You Decide The Heat
  • 2 cans (4 Oz. Size) Chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 teaspoon Each, Salt And Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 bags Frito Corn Chips, 10 Ounce Bags
  • Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
  • Chopped Tomato, Chopped Green Onions, Diced Jalapenos, Shredded Lettuce, Cilantro Leaves
  • Sour Cream, Salsa And Guacamole

Directions

    In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and onion.

    Drain grease if necessary.

    Scrape the mixture into a large non-stick sprayed slow cooker and turn on low.

    Add all remaining ingredients except corn chips and toppings.

    Cook for 8 hours or all day.

    To serve: Place a layer of corn chips onto your plate, then add a ladle of meat and your choice of toppings.
