Micro-Magic Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

- 10 medium/large mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. garlic salt or powder
- 1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- paprika
Directions

1Remove stems from mushrooms by gently twisting them.

2Place caps, open side up, on microwave-safe plate; set aside.

3Chop stems.

4Combine stems and butter in a 1-quart casserole. Microwave on High, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until tender. Add cheese mix until softened and creamy.

5Stir in garlic salt and pepper sauce.

6Spread cheese mixture on top.

7Microwave on High, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until mushrooms are heated through.

8Sprinkle with paprika and/or parsley flakes.
