- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
- 1/4 c. maraschino cherries, halved
- 1/4 c. pecan halves
- 1 (10 oz.) roll refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
Directions

1Dot butter in the bottom of a microwave ring mold.

2Add brown sugar and corn syrup.

3Microwave on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until syrup is formed.

4Stir to blend.

5Arrange cherry and pecan halves on syrup.

6Place biscuits close together in a ring over syrup mixture.

7Microwave on Medium-high for 8 to 10 minutes.

8Turn dish a half turn halfway through cooking.

9Immediately invert onto serving plate leaving dish over cake for several minutes.

10Serve warm.
