  • 2 tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 (1 lb.) can cream style corn
  • Dash nutmeg

    Heat butter in casserole dish.

    Add in sugar and cornstarch, then add in lowfat milk, mixing thoroughly.

    Beat Large eggs separately and add in to mix.

    Add in salt and corn after stirring, sprinkle with nutmeg.

    Microwave on High - NOT COVERED - about 10-12 min (depending on your microwave) or possibly till most of mix is set.

    Let sit 2 min to finish.
