- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (1 lb.) can cream style corn
- Dash nutmeg
Directions

1Heat butter in casserole dish.

2Add in sugar and cornstarch, then add in lowfat milk, mixing thoroughly.

3Beat Large eggs separately and add in to mix.

4Add in salt and corn after stirring, sprinkle with nutmeg.

5Microwave on High - NOT COVERED - about 10-12 min (depending on your microwave) or possibly till most of mix is set.

6Let sit 2 min to finish.
