- 14 cup butter
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons water
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 7 12 ounces refrigerated biscuits, one can
- 2 tablespoons raisins (optional)
- 14 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
Directions

1In a pie plate, combine margarine, brown sugar, water, and cinnamon.

2Microwave 1 1/2 - 2 minutes on 80% power or until melted.

3Stir in raisins and nuts, if using.

4Using kitchen shears, cut each biscuit into four sections.

5Stir in biscuits until they are coated in the mixture.

6Push biscuits away from center.

7Place a large custard cup (or small microwavable drinking cup) in the center to form a ring.

8Cook in microwave uncovered at 80% power.

9Remove cup using potholders.

10Carefully turn the ring onto a serving platter by placing a large plate on top of the pie diesh and tipping upside down.

11Cut and serve.
